Assam Teacher Transfer Portal: The Assam Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Mission (SSA, Assam) has launched an online portal for transfer of teachers called “Teacher Transfer Management System” (TTMS). This will enable teachers working in lower primary and upper primary schools in Assam to apply for online transfer. The move aims at leveling the proportion of teacher students with corruption free from teacher transfer in Assam. The supplementary details of how teachers will apply for transfer are given below.

Main Aim of TTMS Portal Assam
With a view to improve the quality Education and to maintain better Pupil Teacher Ratio (PTR) in the schools, Education Department, Government of Assam has stained the process of Teacher transfer as per Assam Elementary and Secondary School Teachers’ (Regulation of Posting and Transfer) Act, .2020′. As a part of this process, all category of Teachers of Govt./ Provincialized Schools from Lower Primary to Senior Secondary Schools are requested to register and submit file service profile details from 22nd November to 11th December 2021 in the web portal hirrisassarn.in for smooth implementation of transfer and other services.
Steps for Registration of TTMS Portal Assam
Assam Teacher Transfer application process is completely online. Applicants can apply online through the official web portal of HRMS Assam. The applicant can apply on his own by following the simple steps given below.

Click on Online Apply Link.
Click on Register Now Button.
Fill up the Registration application form providing Name, Email ID, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Gender, and Password.
After successful registration, click on the Login option.
Complete the Login by entering the required information.
Now complete the online application that appears on the screen.
Create profile includes 11 section – School details (Elementary/ Secondary), Personal Details, Academic Qualification, Professional & Other Qualification, Service Details. Salary Accounts & Other Official Account Details, Service Records, Award Received, Promotion flails., Other Details,
Now you have to upload all the required documents.
Upload documents.
After that, you have to click on submit.
In the Final stage you will get Registration No and your application for print will be available.
Keep your registration no and password for future reference.

While submitting the online application form, candidates have to upload self attested copies of the below listed documents.
One clear passport size photograph
Scanned signature.
TET Mark sheet cum Certificate.
D. El Ed. or B. Ed Mark sheet
HSSLC Mark sheet
Graduation Mark sheet,
Proof of Date of Birth,
Appointment Letter
Other Relevant Documents.
For these teachers who had joined before 3rd September, 2001, uploading of TET Mark sheet cum certificate and D. El. Ed. or B. Ed Mark sheet is not mandatory.
