The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Hojai, has recently issued an official notification regarding the recruitment of 07 posts of assistant, peon, and other vacancies. Interested candidates fulfilling all the required eligibility criteria can submit their application within the stipulated date. All the procedures for the application are mentioned below.

• Office Peon: 02 Posts

1. Technical Assistant

Education Qualification:

BCA with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade from a recognized university with at least 1 (one) year working experience from reputed institution/organization.
or
B.Sc. with 1 (one) year PG Diploma in Computer Science/Application from any recognized university with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade and with at least 1 (one) year working experience from a reputed institution/organization.
or
Diploma Holder from Polytechnic in Computer Electronics & Telecommunications with Science/Engineering or 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade from a recognized institution and with at least 2 (two) years working experience from a reputed institution/organization.

Monthly Remuneration: Rs.26,000/- per month.

2. Stenographer

Education Qualification:

(i) Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary examination from any recognized Board/Council/ University.

(ii) Candidate should possess a diploma certificate in Diploma/Certificate Stenography/Shorthand from ITI/Polytechnic/any other institute.

(ii) Must have adequate knowledge of the official language of the State of Assam (Assamese).

Monthly Remuneration: Rs.20,000/- per month.

3. Office Assistant

Education Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with knowledge of Computer. Retired Court staff may also be considered.

Monthly Remuneration: Rs.18,000/- per month.

4. Driver

Education Qualification:
(i) Minimum Class VIII pass
(ii) Must hold valid professional driving licence issued by the competent authority to drive LMV/ Four wheel vehicle for not less than 5 years.

Monthly Remuneration: Rs.15,000/- per month.

5. Office Peon

Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII pass but below HSSLC. A candidate who has passed HSSLC shall be ineligible for the post.

Monthly Remuneration: Rs.12,000/- per month.

Other Eligibility Criteria of  Hojai Judiciary Recruitment 2022

Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on the date of publication of the advertisement.

Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be as per Govt. norms for reserved categories

• OBC/MOBC: 3 Years
• SC/ST: 5 Years
• PWD: 10 Years

Citizenship: Candidate must be Indian citizen as defined in article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
