Eligibility Criteria:
- Family income less than Rs. 4 lakh per annum
- Aadhaar card required
- Employees, daily wage earners, and government retirees with annual income below Rs. 4 lakh can apply

Types Of Ration Card In Assam: Before applying for NFSA-13, there were three types of ration cards in the state, which were called certificates of Assam. These three types of ration cards are given.
- APL (Above Poverty Line)
- BPL (Below Poverty Line)
- AAY (Antodaya Anna Yojana) beneficiaries under PDS/TPDS.
Apart from this, another type of ration card was made available by the Assam government in the name of MMASY( Mukhya Mantrir Anna Suraksha Yojana) Card.
As soon as NFSA-13 is implemented, only two types of ration cards are available under NFSA-13.
- AAY Card under NFSA-13
- Priority Household Card under NFSA’13
