HS 1st Year Online Admission 2023 – Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has developed an online system named “Darpan Online Admission Portal” for HS 1st Year Students, which will enable students to take admission in Intermediate courses of Arts/Science/Commerce in different colleges/schools affiliated and recognized by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) in all districts of the state of Assam.
Students who have passed the matriculation (HSLC) or equivalent examination from the Assam Board of Secondary Education (SEBA) or any other national/state boards are eligible to apply online for admission.

The Darpan Online admission portal has extended its online application deadline to July 4th, 2023, and the final admission date has been extended until July 8th, 2023. How to Apply for HS 1st Year Online Admission 2023
Students who wish to pursue Higher Secondary 1st year courses in various institutions, including universities, degree colleges, senior secondary schools, and higher secondary schools under AHSEC, are required to apply online. To submit their applications, they can follow the steps outlined below:

Click on the HS 1st Year Online Admission link.
The portal will load, and then click on the “Register a new Account” link.
Enter your personal and educational details as required by the portal.
Upload scanned copies of your passport-sized photograph and 10th mark sheet.
Choose a 4-digit Login PIN and click on the register button.
Once again, click on the HS 1st Year Online Admission link and log in.
Select your desired course and choose up to five institutions, in order of preference, for admission.
Finally, click on the submit button and take a printout of the submitted form for future reference.
Remember: Safely note down your 10 digit mobile number,date of birth and Login password for login into the portal.

How To Download DARPAN AHSEC Merit List 2023
Many students have successfully applied for HS 1st Year Admission through the Darpan Online Admission Portal. They are now eagerly awaiting the release of the Darpan selection Merit List 2023. We would like to inform you that the Board will release the admission preparation of selection/waiting lists by institutes on June 10th, June 2023, at 10 AM.
Students can check the merit list for the first year on this website, as we will provide the merit list of all institutions here. The Assam Class 11 admission merit list for 2023 will be based on the academic performance of the Class X exams.
Candidates can check and download the AHSEC HS 1st Year Merit/Selection List 2023 by following the provided downloading process. The Merit List can also be accessed through the direct link provided on this page.

To recover your 4-digit login PIN, simply click on the provided recovery link. On the recovery page, enter your registered mobile number and date of birth, and then click the submit button. Your login PIN will be sent to you promptly.
If you can’t remember your registered 10-digit mobile number, there’s still a solution. Enter your 10th exam Roll No. on the recovery page, and you will receive your registered mobile number.

DARPAN Online Portal Reopens for Pending Student Admissions
The DARPAN online portal has provisions for reopening to accommodate students who haven’t applied for admission or are still awaiting selection.
