The Chief Minister’s Nijut Moina Scheme aims to empower students, particularly girls, by providing financial assistance to increase their enrollment in higher education. Under this scheme, termed ‘Enrollment Assistance,’ eligible students from Government and Venture Institutions, regardless of their family’s economic status, in the first year of Higher Secondary, Bachelor, and Post Graduate programs are supported.
