Eligibility Criteria:
- Permanent resident of Assam
- Belong to Tea Tribes and Adivasi community
- Age between 20-35 years as of January 1, 2024
- Self-employed youth
- Only one applicant per family
- Annual family income not exceeding Rs. 5.00 Lakh per annum

- Recommendation letter from Chairman to be uploaded
