Overview of Assam GNM Nursing Admission 2022

Assam GNM Nursing Admission 2022: Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) has released the Official notification for admission to General Nursing and Midwifery Course at Assam Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Science for the 2022-23 session. Interested and eligible women candidates can apply online for this course.

Note: Applicants who have already submitted their applications for GNMEE 2022 between 18th May to 2nd June 2022 need not apply again.

Eligibility Criteria of Assam GNM Nursing Admission 2022

Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification for selection of the candidates in HSSLC (10+2) (Science) or its equivalent passed from a recognized Board/ Council/ University with English as one of the subjects, securing at least 45% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) for General (Unreserved) category and 40% marks in aggregate for candidates belonging to SC/ ST(P)/ ST(H) category.

Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.

Residentship: Candidate should be a permanent resident of Assam and must furnish a certificate to this effect.

Age: The candidate must not be less than 17 years and more than 24 years as on 1st January 2022 of the year of admission.

Age Relaxation: In case of SC/ST candidates, upper age relaxation will be as per government rules.

Gender: Only Female Candidates may apply
