The Director of Higher Education (DHE) Assam has launched a Web Portal for generating DHE Unique IDs. Aspiring students can generate their IDs on the portal, even if they have already filled out admission forms or taken admission.

The unique ID is necessary for online admission in various institutions under Higher Education of Assam for the Academic Session 2025-26. Students are advised to download their unique ID from below provided procedure.

Scroll down, check Important Web Links section.

Click on Generate Unique Id link.

A portal will load, click on Registration Unique ID Creation link.

Next you need to enter your personal Details, Bank and educational details as required by the portal.

Upload scan copy of passport sized photograph.

At the end, click on submit button and take a print of Unique Id Generate pdf form for future reference

Important Information for Admission Id

•  Register your information to generate the Unique ID. You must fill up the data properly and correctly.
•  Confirmation SMS will be sent to your mobile.
•  The Unique ID shall be used at the time of admission into various Govt./Provincialised Colleges and State Universities under Higher Education, Assam (General)
• One student can generate only 1 (One) unique ID.
